succumb

at the centre a black hole
stars twinkling apassionately
a muddle of a creek of words
diaspora of diamonds on a trickled cheek
amounting to a madness to which he may not succumb
paradigms of tingling time tonight
and i have found it beating

strutting through the park perambulations willful and absurd
he takes my hand upon a spontaneity of moment
what shall it be but can you guess
beneath a moonlight subtler than the laughs that stain her lips
inaugurated fantasies of something quite fantastical
what can it be
she traipsed along the path in
consternation

a paragon of certain ecstasies
he takes her down a sullen winding street
laughter now continuous perspicuous
taken down a notch to keep the kids
asleep
i have a tale now to tell my love
what can it be
he speaks exorbitant without restraint

have i been tainted now by all your folly
malicious words you did not intend to speak
but hear me now i am taken by a spell
he misbehaves
but hear me now i am not
blinded by his spells
succumb
